Dear Sir,
I purchased one Nokia, Original Charger for Model. Nokia- 2600, from M/s. Balaji Enterprises, LGF-7, Shri Ganesh Snehal Apartments, Shradhanandpeth, Nagpur on: 21-04-09. No Printed Cash Memo with BST/CST and Serial No. was issued. Instead a " kutcha" bill was issued for Charger Serial Number:
NOKIA 2600- 067519510594345106 (3 hw). The charger was faulty and I lodged repalacement complaint on 23rd June, 09 but was told that NOKIA CARE CENTER NAGPUR HAS TURNED DOWN THE REPLACEMENT. My mobile is in perfect condition and is charged with other chargers.
When purchased, I asked for Original/ Legal / Printed Cash Memo to claim but, he refused.
My request to the Customer Care Center:
1. Direct the above dealer to replace my duly surrendered, faulty, defective charger.
2. Or - refund the money back to me.
