Hi,
I bought an E51 NOKIA Handset in october some proble happened in its display so i gave the handset for repair in nokia care. I gave my mobile phone for repair on 2nd of march and still i have not recieved my handset. I can't understand is there no minimum service level agreement that they have to repair the handset within these many days or replace the handset as it is still in warranty period. I am seriously fed up with the nokia care service. Please advice me what should i do.
