Phone not working/Bad service provided

Hi

This is regarding the nokia phone i purchased with warranty.

The phone showed some problems so i went to the nokia priortiy centre.

they took my phone and kept it for 15 days without giving me another piece to use.

i somehow managed. they called me after 15 days and told phone has been repaired.

again after 2 days the cell broke down. same problem faced where no keypads were working.

i again submitted my phone saying what did they repair. they again took my phone and have still not called me.its been 12 days.

after keeping the phone for almost 15 days with them i got a call form nokai care to collect it as it has been repaired. but the phone is now showing sopme pther problems.i am not able to hear clearly at all.

i requested them to issue me new phone they have refused. the manager out there some MR sanjay at the opera house nokia care even used abusive language. This is really bad service they think we do not have all the time in the world to 100 times go to the priority centre and submit our phones.

can anyone look inot the matter.after taking warranty this is what we get from nokia.
