Defective model

This is to inform everyone that i feel i have been cheated by the famous Nokia company. I bought a new Nokia E51 model onn 15th August and within one day i found out that the mike of the handset does not work. The shop from where i bought which is mobile store in changannassery in Kerala refused to replace the model. It is indeed a sad day for people like me who trusted NOkia.
