Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have given my mobile handset Model E61i at service centre of Nokia at Gulati Communications, Gole Market, New Delhi vide Job Sheet # 471434038/080630/76 on 30th June'08 at 17:19 hrs. Target delivery date was given as 16th July'08. Problem in my handset was related to power, phone restarts/ reboots, display colour issue just in very eight months of purchase.
I went to Gulati Communication on 18th July'08 at 1600 hrs and find it surprised that after kept me waiting for more than half hour, person has replied that you have to wait till 29th July'08 without providing any justified reasons. Is one month is justifiable period for repair and is it justified that if some target date been given, the product shall not be repaired till that date.
Is this a justice on customer or is this is quality policy that states for customer satisfaction.
Please look into the issue and do a justice for me by providing me a repaired mobile set at earliest.
