Sir,

I recently purchased a NOKIA Phone E63. The worst model of NOKIA. Don't purchase it. From the beggining it is hanging. Customer care centres are highly irresponsible. Email complaint - showed that they have a CUT and PASTE answers for all the complaints.

I submitted my phone to Ashok nagar Nokia care -chennai. Poor customer service. I Have asked for replacement. But only cut and paste answers are comming.
