I am facing hanging problem in my Nokia E70 from last 2 month for which I gave my phone to Harry Communication 85, Nalanda Complex, Near Mansi tower, Premchandnagar Road, Ahmedabad who is authorized for Nokia Mobile Phones Ahmedabad.
I gave my phone on dt.09.02.2008 with all specific instruction to Mr. Pratik that I have already downloaded firmware twice in last 15 days to solve this problem. They told me that there is some other problem with this instrument so they will check and will reply by today evening about 4.oo pm.
After that there is no any feedback from them but surprisingly when I contact them from my side on dt. 11.02.2007 I got reply from Mr. Hitesh that your phone is working ok and you may collect the same today. After that again I went to this Nokia Care but problem was as it is. Because of this I spent my 2 precise hours and also reply from Mr. Hitesh was very rough.
Again I tried to contact this Nokia care on dt.13.02.2007 on there printed contact no.66317255, no one is attending the phone. That means again I have to spent my 2 hours to go personally to this Nokia Care.
Any one can understand that the person who is using the phone which cost about Rs. 20000 and continuously traveling can't spent there 2 hours all the time for this bloody customer services getting from Nokia Care.
