I am really concern about the service given by NOKIA Care centres. They are playing with the time of their customers getting spoiling the Brand name of Nokia.
I am facing the problem (Keypad and Speaker in Mobile is not Working properly) with my Mobile phone (E 71) and executives are not ready to listen about the complaint and wasting my time. They are only making Job Sheet and forwarding to their customer. No work is done on this and I am roaming round and round with no Solution.
My Mobile is in Warranty and from few days I had given my Nokia Hand set to Nokia care center in West patel Nagar, New Delhi and till date their is no solution for it.
They don’t know the importance of the time, specially how to deal with the girl customer. My sister was sitting and waiting since 1 hour and they were busy attending their friends and relatives who came afterwards as they are very important to them. When my sister oppose the situation they came with aggression behaviour on the phone and make the phone faulty in such a manner that they started charging the money from her. However, customers waiting since long are not treated equally but friends and relatives are and creating a fault with the phone which was never occured.
I am wasting my time, money going to that center and still no success. No body is ready to listen to me and sometime they are so rude that they dont even think that they are talking to customer or Slave.
If some one is their please respond to this so that I can talk further on this.
