Sir,
I would like to bring to your attention the horrifying experience I had at Nokia Care. I had given my E71 for repair & Nokia Care promised me that I will receive the handset by May 5th. After multiple followups, I receive my handset on May 15th & to my utter shock the screen had multiple scratches. Nokia Care employees acknowledged the same but said that they can't help. They even refused to give the phone number of area service manager from Nokia.
I am feeling very helpless & cheated. Request you to please intervene & get my panel replaced.
