Dear Sir,
I purchased a Nokia E71 phone about 2 months back. One month into my purchase, the LCD screen conked off for no apparent reason. I have contacted all the Nokia care centers in Bangalore (where I live), but none of them seem to have the screen replacement part, nor are they giving guidance on when the part will be available.
I have also requested them to replace the phone under warranty, but the sales center directs me to support care centers and vice-versa, basically giving me the run-around.
I am basically fed up with following up with these guys week after week for resolution to the issue.
Please help me get a resolution to this matter in a speedy manner. Requesting you to do the needful.
