Dear Sir,

I buy the set on 22-July with invoice no. 2517/09-10 from Nokia Priority Dealer IMEI No. is 356855022877317. my headset was not working so that i have deposited it to the Satya Telecare which is the authorised of Nokia Care with my foam cover on 10th August. day before yesterday i called up to satya telecare and they said yes you can take your headset but they are given only headset not the foam cover which i have deposited at the time of deposit. when i called the customer care today they also said that we are not able to give that. so tell me what i do. whether it is fully fooled by taking the set of Rs.23000 from nokia company.
