Dear Customer care Manager,
I have Got my E90 last year in August . after one year the phone has started misbehaving. I want to Nokia care center (Gupta Associates Sector 4 Vaishali) My phone was sent for repair under call ref number :512434038/08/11/21/7 to Nokia Banglore. I had reported two problems.
1. Keypad not working
2. Phone is hanging.
They took almost a month and phone was given back to me after making a payment of around rs. 2000.By the time i reached home my phone had the same problem. I discussed with Nokia care and they took my phone again. after 20 days i got my phone back. After two days my phone started having the same problem. I got in touch with Nokia Customer care and of no help . they wanted me to take my phone back to customer care. I do not know how to conduct my business without my phone and this has caused lots of mental agony. I have purchased the highest model of Nokia . if the service for such model is so bad god should only bless others. I need your help to sort out my issues and they should take back faulty unit & replace it by new one.
