MisConduct of the staff towards me

On December last year after waiting for atleast around 4-5 months, i finally got my phone i.e. Nokia E90. I bought it for Rs.40000/- . It worked fine for around two months and then started giving problems. The problems like like hanging of the phone, restarting it self, and many other. With the same i went to Prudent Nokia Care in Thane the official nokia service provider. They kept saying that just updating the phone will solve my problem. But even after 10-15 updates the problem still kept persisting. Then on my persisting they forwarded the compliant to Nokia BrightPoint, where my problem got worst. They swapped the mother board of my phone. But yet the problem was not solved. Infact they even did a lot of phisical damage to my phone. With the same i personally went to Brightpoint and showed them the damages. But they just refused to accept and put the blame on prudent service center. In this process the staff at brightpoint was also very rude to me. Now i want the swap for the phone and at the same time i want to even lodge complaint against the staff of brightpoint. Pls help me with my problem. What should i do?
