I have bought the Nokia E 90 on 9/08 from dubai under warranty. IMEI no 353659010773485 Battery No BP 420670519 i had my mibile slightly wet in rain, which switched off and never got on, After this status i have searched Nokia service through Internet and handed to one customer care in purasawakkam on 23/06.
After two days he first demanded Rs 8000 from me, and then asked two days for servicing time, Now on 30 th june He says he cannot repair, no parts available.
Iam nokia customer since i have started using Nokia Mobiles since 1998 . i have regret to have purchase NOKIA, I have purchased this handet in dubai for Dirhams 3, 630-00 which is coming upto Rs 40, 000/-
I dont know what to do now? Anybody please help
