Dear sir,
I have purchased one No. Nokia 6300 mobile handset (IMEI: 355714029321186) on 30.08.2008 from M/s. Balaji Gift House, Korba, Chhattisgarh and within 07 days it started malfunctioning with its display. Its screen started becoming blank of and on. Finally, on 12.09. the dispaly on the screen completely gave away. I immediately returned the handset to the seller shop and he has sent the hand set for a repair to Nokia Care Centre - Korba. I don't know when I will get back my hand set DULY REPAIRED. My question with NOKIA People is straight and simple. Why any one should accept a mobile hand-set with all the repairs when he pays the money in full for a new handset?.. Whether a gentlman sitting on a decesion making chair will accept repairs in any of the world's product when he pays the money for a new handset?.. What the hell the quality assurance people have been doing when this set was under manufacture. The company claims a battery back up of 3 Hrs. and 30 minutes (Talking time) and my set was not even able to survive 2 Hours of talk. Through this forum, I appeal the Nokia Customer care to arrange the immediate replacement of the above handset setting an healthy example of changing all the Noika BL 5C series batteries though this complaint is not associated with lot of negative media publicity.
I hope the my grivience will strike the mind of Nokia people and will soon get a justified decesion in the subject matter.
