Regulerly giving the problem

I had purchase Nokia handset 6275 on 22nd Jan. Its costly CDMA phone but till date it has failed for four times. Today I had submitted the handset at Nokia care with having problem 'Inset UIM card". This is the third time this problem has occurs apart from this once middle row key pad has stop working. I am fed with Nokia service. Till date out of 11 month for 4 month the handeset is in Nokia factory. Everytime minimum one month is required to repair the phone. Last time I had already demand for handset replcement. But Nokia people assured me that this fault will not repeat again. This time I am fermed to ask for new handset or to file complaint in consumer court. My latest job sheet number at Nokia care is 057434038/090105/36. Can sumbody pass on my message to Nokia company high authority or send me there contact details. I am working in Tata Motors & in our company since we are using Tata Indicom network we are using Nokia Handset.
