Dear sir
I had purchased a nokia handset having model no 6300 B.SILVER (353932011541130) from nokia authorised dealer (M/S Plus business machines), kalyan, MUMBAI on feb. During warranty period, loud speaker was damaged and replaced by the above mentioned dealer.
Now (05th july) my mobile graphic display was damaged that's why i went M/S Popular telecommunication (kalyan, MUMBAI) for repairing as instructed in WWW.NOKIA.COM.
They charged Rs.1674.00 for replacement the display and to be deliver on or before 12th july.
At the same time on 9th july i just contacted them for the status of my mobile, and they asked me THIS IS READY AND U CAN TAKE IT AT ANY TIME.
when i reached there for picking my mobile came to know that it's not ready and they also asked for another 6/7 days more delay due to parts shortage (not available)
I AM VERY UPSET AND DEPRSSED.I CAN'T ACCEPT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM NOKIA.
PLEASE TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE QUALITY.
AND SUGGEST ME WHERE SHOULD I GET IT DONE ASAP.
