My SIM is blocked.it is asking PUK code.my sim no.is 8991900200071728090.my mobile no.is 9730888147.Its purchased from nasik and its on my name.

Kindly take this complaint into account and help me as soon as possible. Please its ver urgent.

i hve tried contacting customer care buts its always busy.
