I have nokia 3230 handset (IMEI No:357099009670234). I bought it from nokia priority shop vadodara on april. After using 5 months i got a problem related to display and camera application. So, i shown it to the authorized person at surat nokia care. The camera problem was solved but the display problem was still there, so then i shown it to the vadodara nokia care on the date 15th November. Because it is nearer to my home.
At first they could not solve the problem so they sent it to the Nokia Care Headoffice Ahmedabad (Gujarat) three times, but still the problem was there. During this period i called weekly to the nokia care vadodara, but there reply was very irresponsible. On the phone they ware telling me that the handset is ready but when they delivered to me the problem was still there. This whole process took 2 months during this period, they even not given me the stand by mobile because they ware not having. I visited the Nokia care 10 to 12 times for solving that problem but i found no progress.
Whole this last 3 months i suffered a lot by time, money, petrol and loss in business because i was not having any mobile.
So, herewith this mail i want to acknowledge you people sitting there at nokia Head office (india), that at Gujarat (Vadodara Nokia care) i suffered a lot due to such problems. Who is responsible for that?
