NOKIA E71 INVITATION TO TROUBLES

NOKEA E71 - PURCHASED IN AUGUST.

STARTED SWITCHING OFF IN 5 /6 MONTHS

I WENT TO ANDERI WEST SERVICE CENTER FOR SOFTWARE UPGRADATION

IN FEW DAYS AGAIN SAME PROBLEM

SWITICH OFF WHILE TALKING,

GOING BLANK EVEN WHEN THE BATTERY IS FULL,

DISPLAYING "INSERT NEW SIM" WHILE CHARGING,

I HAVE TO BOOT IT 3-4 TIME FOR STARTING.

GAVE THE NOKIA CARE (SO CALLED) CENTER AND STAYED 10 DAYS WITHOUT PHONE.

AGAIN IN 2-3 MONTHS THE SAME PROBLEM .

GAVE THE PHONE TO SAME CARE CENTER - ANDHERI EAST FOR REPARI ON 13/07/09 AND WAS PROMISED THE DELIVER ON 21/07/09 BUT ON 23/07/09 THE CARE CENTER PEOPLE SAY THE PHONE IS IN DELHI.

HELPLINE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE PHONE WILL BE RETURNED.

NO ADDRESS OF NOKIA OFFICE IN INDIA IS GIVE, I DONT MIND GOING AND THROWING THE PHONE ON THE FACE OF THE GM SERVICE.

HAVE I PAID 21, 000/- Rs. FOR INVITING TROUBLE?

WHY DONT THEY REFUND OR REPLACE THE FAULTY PHONE?

WHY DOES NO SENIOUR PERSON, WHO TAKES SALARY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT SOLD BY THE COMPANY?
