I m not satisfied with your services

I have nokia n series i.e n85 few days ago the charging point of the cell was not supported thats why i had given an complaint to me nearst nokia care the said that it will take 30 or more days for repairing.this is not fare i have only 1 cell nd i m totaly use less without my mobile however i had submited mu cell for repairing but i thik that much time is not required
