Even the Premium Product Buyers are not provided the required services

I have bought the costliest product of You company ie E 90 communicator and also got my warranty extended by 1 year but once i visted to your Nokia Care Centre at lalganga Complex at Raipur, i was told that they cannot forward the handset to Nokia Centre as there was some external Damage which was never there also there was some part missing while the phone was is working condion only there was some problem related to display i was charged approx 2300 and after two days the set again got distrubed on revisitng I was told that there was a liquid damage thru Job sheet No444504867/100913/95 and again an estimate of Rs 2500 is required moreover my warant is void. This is altogther a cheating with me i will never reccomend anyone to buy your product and will logde a complain in consumer forum if my set is not replaced within 7 days.
