Nokia Mobile 3230
Service is not given

I went to nokia care center at bharatpur at rajasthan and after checking the my mobile nokia 3230 they said that it did not repaired because its internal circuit is break but i never opened the my mobile outside and never it is droped and what is the mean of waranty if they are not repairing it and the way of talking is too much abusing and according the nokia service policies they give not service if the mobile is repaired outside or it is damaged due to water but both the cases are not in my case so please take the action what is needed
