Problem with loud speekar during incoming andout going calls

For Above problem I visited video palace 190 M.G. Road Indore After Checking the set by service Engineer he told me that problem is with the ringer but ringer is not in stock after 1 month when again visited still the ringer was not in stock. I hand over the set to video palace on 18-07-09 when to day I enquired about the set Ihave been informed by video palace thet we send your set to head office and not erceived till to day and no information. We now tkaing liberty to sending complaint with you with a hope for promt &possitive action
