I have purchased a Nokia mobile, 6070. That set has a problem that it could not connet to the internet through USB. I changed the USB but the problel still persists. It revealed that there is a problem in the attachment port/hardware of the set. I took the set to "Nokia Care", Asansol, West Bengal (PD Electronics). But they have refused to receive the set & avoided saying that water entered in the set, I think as it was within the gurantee period. That set is only used for internet, so question of water does not arise. I have lodged written complain with the copy of job sheet, to the Care Manager, but still no action has been taken.
