I had purchased Nokia 6110 Navigator mobile phone from Nokia authorised dealer at Faridabad (Haryana) on 28.04.08 (Bill No. 11750 dated 28.04.09 " Easy Connect, G-2, SCO-9, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad" )The manufacturer had given one year guarantee. But my point is that though the guarantee is over by seven months, the quality of such high end phone is not up to the mark. The phone key pad stopped working. When I contacted Dealer from which I purchased phone he advised me to contact Authorised Service Centre on the plea that only customer's complaint are heard in the right spirit. The story does not end here but the part that they told willl be replaced is costing about Rs. 1300/- that too with guarantee of only 20 to 25 days. It is also pointed out that there is no physical damage to the phone and the internal part called Flex (circuit for dialing pad) is to be changed. As told to me that in the sliding phone this part generally gets damaged. It is very surprising to me that a reputed company of NOKIA is manufacturing such costly phone with the durable for the period of guarantee only which is not expected from NOKIA even in dreams. As I and all my family members are using Nokia mobiles only from last 7 to 8 years and never faced such complaint. Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously... and hope you will solve very soon...!!!
