I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA 6300 MOBILE PHONE FROM ROORKEE ON 28/8. ITS IMEI NO. IS 356261018022150.BUT ON 11/3 SOME PROBLEM REGARDING SOFTWARE STARTED OCCURING, SO I VISIT ROORKEE NOKIA CARE . THEY SUBMITTED MY MOBILE AND TOLD ME TO COME AFTER ONE WEEK . I VISITED AFTER ONE WEEK AND THEY HAND OVER MY MOBILE TO ME SAYING THAT MY MOBILE IS IN GOOD CONDITION NOW.BUT AFTER USING IT FOR SOME HOURS I CAME ACROSS THE SAME PROBLEM, THEN THEY AGAIN SUBMITTED AND AFTER 4th ATTEMPT THEY TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.BUT AFTER ONE MONTH I GOT AN OLD USED MOBILE OF SOME ONE ELSE.I WANT YOU TO STRICTLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
