Dear Sir,
Sub – Complaint on Nokia -6300 (IME/ESN No:35350 8028 459985) – Display back light not working.
This is to bring your kind attention to the above Subject. The handset referred was handed over to Raksha Impex (New No:30, Old No:194, North Usman Road, Near kodambakkam Flyover, TNagar, Chennai-17), an authorized Nokia service center at Chennai for rectifying the complaint on display back light.
Even though while collecting the handset (Job Card No:1592, Dated 12-07-08), the service center promised to service and return the handset within one week, but after the due date, they had claimed that the handset was sent to the Nokia Main Service center (Break Point – Greams Road), since they couldn't repair it at their center.
While contacted this New Service center, Mr. Dinakaran, who claimed to be the Manager of the center informed us that the system can be repaired at a cost of 1700/, for which they want the consent of M/s Raksha Impex, who actually re direct the handset to them for repair.
To our ultimate shock, now the Raksha Impex, with whom we entrust the handset service had informed us that the handset is not serviceable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HAND SET IS JUST 3 MONTHS OLD AND WELL WITHIN THE GURANTEE PERIOD.
We are requesting you to look into this matter with top priority, and do whatever possible for the return of the handset after servicing the same to my satisfaction within 15 days from the date of this letter.
