Non receipt of Accessories within stipulated Period

I handed over my Battery (Product Code 0670528) of Nokia Company for replacement of the same within stipulated time (Warranty period) of 06 (six) months as it was faulty since purchased. it was handed over to nokia customer care center of Silchar, District Cachar, Assam on 31-07, but till date it is not returned to me.
