Delay in repairing by nokia care

Hi! i m puneet from lucknow (u.p).i have given my handset for repairing to nokia care at leela mansion, lko (within warranty period) on 28-11 but, there is no response till today 23-12.and the office staff is not giving any response.i have visited 3 times to them, but stil there is no result.my job sheet no. is-109434038/081128/7 and service center is BK & Co. leela mansion, n k rd.hazratganj.lucknow.
