This is in reference to my mobile N72 purchased on 10/08/07 IMEI no 356966010918219 after few weeks I found that it is very difficult to listen through headphones the sound was very low I visited your both Patiala service centers with said complaint checked and returned the set to me saying that we updated your set and now there is no fault in your set but I am still facing the same problem I replaced my headphone as service centre told me to do so.
I request you to see into the matter and resolve the issue I shall be very thankful to you.
