1.. I have purchased Nokia N72 Mobile on dated 07/09/07 from Friends Communication (India), 38, Model Basti, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.(Invoice No. 592 Dt.07.09.2007)
2.. I am using Nokia N72 mobile from 07/09. After One & half month my mobile hanged and not working properly so I go to Nokia Care (HCL), A-78, Sector- 2, Noida for repair my mobile and after one week they returned my mobile in working condition.
3.. From 16/07 charging in my mobile not working and I submit the same on 18/07 to Nokia Care (HCL), A-78, Sector-2, Noida for repair. My Mobile warranty is on (Ref. of Warranty is APAINY131712028), after one week Nokia Care executive told me that come after one week and collect your new mobile as the same mobile is not repairable. On 07/08 they handover me mobile, but instead of repair of my mobile the new problem arises and the network not connected after put on the sim card I again submit the same (Job sheet no. 1200237681 Dt.11.08.2008) and assured me to come on 14/08 to collect new set.
On 16/08 I go to collect the same but they harassed me I told to provide the complain book but they not given and I telephonically lodged my complain on Nokia Care line on 30303838 complain no. is 2-39LGV V Dt.16/08 at 11.23 am, to MR. Ravi, he told that my mobile will provide shortly and on 18/08 I again go to collect but they not given and I again also telephonically complained on Nokia Care line 30303838 complain no. Re. 2-39RN45 Dt.18/08 at 03:39 pm to Mr. Sadab, they told they can not take any action against this and I only wait for same. On 22/08 I go to collect but I surprised very much they give me same set which again not connect with network and the executive told to submit again but not given any assurance when they will give. I again submit on the same time and a fresh job sheet issued (Job sheet no. 1200239082 Dt.22/08, Serial Number 353089021958109, Product Code 0548028)
Till today my mobile is under warranty and even till today I didn’t got my mobile and I m suffering without my mobile. I request u to do something for my mobile and my convenience.
So I request u to make a such and necessary steps and do the needful in my matter.
