We bought a Nokia 6300 - the dealer gave us a lot of advantages with this phone and sold it to us.
The earphone portion becomes very hot in about 3 mins of conversation. I lodged a complaint, and they returned it the next day saying that it will not happen again. NO USE. it is still getting very HOT.
next time I took it to Nokia service centre, he tells me because of the metallic rim, it becomes HOT.
why the hell NOKIA should have produced a product if it had this problem?
I am stuck with this expensive piece of defective product - what should I do?
