Replacement/Repaireing of NOKIA 5130

Dear Sir,

I have given my NOKIA 5130 for repair to NOKIA CARE INDORE which under warranty period. My Job sheet no is 750504867/090728/18.I have given my cell to the company on 28th of JULY.

But company has been not replaced/repair my cell till date.

I am not having another cell and facing lots of problems.

I have mailed and called the NOKIA cust. care several times.

But still I have not got my cell.

Pls help to get my cell earliest or reversal of the money as soon as possible.
