1. It is intimated that I have purchased Nokia 5610 xpress music set on 19 Nov 08 from Big Bazar, Gwalior (MP).
2. In the month of Mar 09, a fault of display flickering started in this set.
3. I had handed over the set to Authorize Nokia Care ‘ Progressive Care’ Gwalior (ASC-180_343506) on 14 Mar 09 for repair under warranty. The concerned Nokia Care staff had told me that it would be repaired in 2 or 3 days and I could collect this set on 16 Mar 09.
4. Till date, I could not receive my mobile set. Whenever, I asked the concerned Nokia care Gwalior, they replied that it will come in 2 to 3 days, but 2 to 3 days has been become about 2 months. Now Nokia care Gwalior staff is not giving satisfactory reply.
5. Therefore, it is requested that please do needful action and inform me “How much more time is required to repair? ” If you will not take any decision, finally I have to go in Consumer forum.
