Dear sir/madam,
I purchased a new Nokia handset N 5220 music red on dtd 14.12.08. On 27.04.09 automatically it got switched off and didnt start, i had given the set at nearest nokia care at rourkela, orissa and got the repaired set on 14.05.09 (job sheet no-632504886/090427/30) again it went switched off on 02.06.09 and same problem is continuing. On 03.06.09 i have given it again for repairing but i dont want the same set again. Kindly replace it. Because if it happens again and again i will be facing a lot of problem.
Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid any legal proceeding.
