Tampering (hanging always)

Sir, i have purchased nokia N70 last month back.there was so many problems while using.for example if i share any datas songs through bluetooth my hanset has gone to hanging.could you suggest me .what i should for keep my mobile fit.i hope your service would be better for me.thanking you
