Dear Sir,

I have filed complaint on 2/3 FTGHB customer helpline, but no satisfactory results received towards the new replacement of mobile hanset. Kindly do the needful as i am unable to get it connected with my family due to submission of defective handset at service centre.

Your customer care is not giving email id of higher authority or any fax nos. Kindly provide the same as i wanted to highlight my problem to your higher authority urgently.

5) nature of concirn: During one year warranty period it is failed to work three times and problems like Battery overheating, No calls details accesible, no sms can be seen, radia not working, & power doesnt switch on. I am totally not satisfied with this handset due to above major problems and i think it is manufacturing defect and i want total replacement of new hanset only or refund of Rs 11650/- .

Request you to please take necessary action urgently from your end and inform me. If i not get proper results then i will take up this matter with your Director and also file complaint in National Consumer helpline and court here for the same.
