The Senior Manager or Head of the Department,

I have Nokia N70 mobile which my bought from gulf,

Earlier it was working fine, but all of the sudden the display has gone showing the white screen.

I have approached the Nokia Care located at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, to get repair of the mobile on 07/07/09.

At first inspection the Nokia Care people told me they have to check the mobile to know the problem, i said its okay and waited there for 20 minutes, after checking they said that there is problem with the display or the IC, it costs around Rs.1880/-,

At that time i am not in position to pay, so i came back.

I kept the mobile aside and after 2 days when i switched on the mobile, luckily i got the display, then once again went to the same Nokia Care on 13/07/09 to ask them is there anyother problem,

At this time they are telling the display may be okay but some IC or any board problem they are telling,

DO YOU KEEP UNQUALIFIED AND NON SKILLED PEOPLE INTHE NOKIA CARE, AT VANASTHALIPURAM, HYD, AP

I HAVE VISITED OTHER NOKIA CARE, THERE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM MORE OVER THE SERVICE IS ALSO WORST,

I asked them at first when i approached you people asked for Rs.1880 for the display problem but now the people are also not in position to tell the correct problem (is they try to cheat the customer by telling good part as its not working i have not expected with the Nokia Care)

Is this type of unqualified people will be there in the Nokia Care or else is this the service provided by the nokia care and more over the head of the nokia care is talking in arrogant way, i didn't expect the service,

I and my family having 5 nokia mobiles (NOKIA 3100, 5310 XPRESS EDITION, 2610, N70, 6131) as i trusted the brand but i got disappointed with the type of service in nokia care. The Nokia care people are not in correct position to tell what the actual problem with the mobile one time they will say its display and one time they will say some board problem or ic problem.

if possible try to keep some good technical people such that customer can get satisfaction of service, when ever he reaches the nokia care.

I HAVE VISITED OTHER NOKIA CARE ALSO LONG BACK, THERE I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THEM, BUT HERE IN VANASTALIPURAM SERVICE IS NOT GOOD THEY ARE NOT IN POSITION TO TELL CORRECT PROBLEM, MORE OVER THE SERVICE IS ALSO WORST,

IF ANYBODY THERE RESPOSIBLE PERSON PLS RESPOND TO THIS,

ONE MORE THING I DON'T HAVE PROOF TO LIKE JOBCARD OR ANYTHING AS I HAVE NOT GIVEN TO REPAIR, I JUST WENT TO SHOW MY MOBILE TO KNOW THE PROBLEM.
