PROBLEMS FACED AND FACING TILL NOW:
1. MARCH: FASTER DISCHARGING OF BATTERIES - AFTER MAKING HARDLY 3 - 4 CALLS A DAY.(POOR HOLD OF CHARGE)
ACTION TAKEN: HANDED OVER TO NOKIA CARE AT AMBATTUR AND GOT BACK AFTER 15 DAYS. PROBLEM RESOLVED
2. APRIL: HANDSET GOT HANGED WHILE USAGE. NOT WORKING THROUGH THE KEY PAD.
ACTION TAKEN: THIS TIME I HANDED OVER THE SET TO "UNIVERCELL" AND ASKED THEM TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THEY SENT TO NOKIA FACTORY AT CHENNAI AND GOT IT REPAIRED AFTER 10 DAYS.I WAS UPSET ON THIS.
3. OCTOBER: NOT ABLE TO USE AS THE ABOVE PROBLEM OF HANDSET GETTING HANGED STARTED.
ACTION TAKEN: HANDED OVER TO "UNIVERCELL" ONCE AGAIN . THIS TIME I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT OF HANDSET AS I WAS FED UP WITH THE EXISTING ONE.
ACTION TAKEN: UNIVERCELL, AMBATTUR GOT THE NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE LOADED IN TO THE SAME AND HANDED OVER TO ME AFTER 2 DAYS.
RESULT: IT WORKED WHEN THEY DEMONSRATED BUT CURRENTLY THE SAME PROBLEM OF HANGING OF KEYS CONTINUES.
IAM FED UP WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA CARE EVENTHOUGH THE HANDSET IS UNDER 1 YEAR WARRANTY.NOW IAM UNABLE TO USE THE HANDSET AND KEEPING IT IDLE.
KINDLY HELP ME IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE AS THE COST OF THE HANSET IS VERY HIGH (Rs 11000/-) and i can't afford to change now.
