Respected Sir/medam,
I have purchsed N70 Music with HS16, vide IMEI no is 358080013577051 on 16-12 from "The MobileStore " Alkapuri, Baroda under their Invoice no gj/01387/00001/1095.
After few days i felt some problem with my handset (N70). At the time of making or answering the call, Radio Application opens Automatically, Music folder opens Automatically, 0 and 4 numeric keys are pressed Automatically, Loud Speaker gets activated Automatically and call drops at all the time.
I had visited Nokia Care Center (MANIA, 1, Vasudev Chamber, Dandia Bazar, Vadodara) to resolve the problem. As per them they had upgraded the so called Software of my handset.
Again after some days same problem had been cotinued with my handset. Again i went to Nokia Care Center (MANIA) vide Jobsheet no is 278343506/080125/23. They told me that they have to send it to Ahemdabad. They gave me my handset after on 07-02 from very next day same problem continued with the handset. Again I had given it to same Nokia Care Center vide Job Sheet No is 278343506/080208/19. I had received my handset on 18-02. Again the problem has not got resolved. Again it has been given to Nokia Care Center (MANIA) vide Jobsheet no is 278343506/080303/32. Still it is lying with Nokia Care Center for resolving the problem with my handset (N70).
This the fourth time i am giving my handset to repair.
Please do the needful in the same.
