Myself, Malay Saha have purchased a Nokia (N72) mobile phone 13 months ago,
after a few month i've got to face hangover problem of the set every often, so i've
given my set to Nokia care (Anand International Behala, 233>Diamond Harbour
Road, Kolkata.
After 1month i've got some new problems alongwith the old one. I took my phone
to the same Nokia care for rectification. But in the morning after seeing the problem the service personel gave me an estimate of Rs.600, as my warranty
period has just been finished. Again i've gone to them for repairing the phone with money, the same man asked me for Rs.2000.Finally i took my phone back
home.
Will i get the justice? How long this process of malfunction everytime after the Warranty period will be continued & people like us will be suffered?
