I am Customer of Nokia for last so many years. This time I am really got frustrated with service of Nokia Priorty Care ('Shri Nath Ji Communication', Shop No 8, Nehru Place Karnal-132001)

I deposited my Nokia N72 for repair as its mike was not working at 'Shri Nath Ji Communication'(Nokia Priority Care) Karnal, Haryana on 25th October. As told by Nokia people (Karnal) that earlier they sent that mobile for for repair at Chandigarh Nokia care centre but it was still not been repaired and now they have sent it for further repairing at Noida Nokia Care centre. Inspite of asking hundreds of times, they are not giving me any reply that when will I be able to get my mobile back? Infact I asked them to return my mobile without any repair because I am fed up of their responses. I have been to their shop around 9-10 times and everytime I just get a reply that they are not sure when will I get it back.
Such kind of behavious is really not expected from people of a reputed group like Nokia.
Please look into this matter as such kind of attitude of people might damage position of Nokia Group and also loose confidence of customers.
