I have bought nokia n72 on 16.07.07 containing IMEI No. 356295015316009. There is problem facing in hangind & camera, when i open the shutter camera get start for few second and off for few second and then again on and off. I have submit the mobile to your authorised service centre at allahabad (Mobile hut) on 15.04.2009 vide Job Sheet No. 90415/5. They told me that the software will be reinstall on your mobile. I will agree for the same and I paid Rs.450/- as service charge vide r. no. 1604. Hanging problem will be solved and new problem be started on mobile of incoming call audio fail. Next day when I asked for the problem to service centre and they deposit the handset for solving the problem. After that problem will be same. Then I today went to service centre for the same problem of camera vide Job No. 090422/13 dated 22.04.2009. They had told that the problem due to body and body has to be change by paying Rs. 1050/-. I am very unsatisfied by the service. My Handset lying the service centre. So I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
