Sub: Poor customer care & negligence on the part of Nokia care centre
I would like to mention here that my Nokia N72 handset was having problem for charging & it was given for servicing at the “Micro Services”, B-30, AGF Kalkaji, New Delhi which was serviced on 15th of June. This handset again started giving trouble on Ist of July and was taken to the same service centre. The undersigned was asked to wait in the queue for one hour and then complaint was attended and I was assured that the set is now okay but it again started giving trouble on the very next day & when I took the same set at the centre, they again asked me to wait in the queue for which I told them that since I am a blood pressure patient, I cannot stand in queue again & again. Further for the same type of complaint, the customer is asked again & again to come into the queue which is really surprising and cannot be accepted. Further, they spoke to me in a very arrogant manner which is not acceptable at all from a reputed company of yours.
I now approach you to take immediate action against the above stated dealer for such a misbehaving & arrogant attitude failing which I have left with no other option but to approach the consumer court for the harassment being made to me being a blood pressure patient & I would make sure that a compensation be paid to me by your company for not caring for your customers and above all, misbehaving with a customer.
