I purchased nokia n72 5D plum color, imei no 356295013832890 on 29th june from thakur complex, kandivali (e) shop name "The King" The display started flicering vigourously, the network was very poor and the speaker was very bad. i gave it for repair alongwith my memory card. when it was returned to me after repair, after a very long wait, the color was black & white, all my contacts were gone and the memory card missing. i was shocked but the shop keeper refused to take up my matter. i demand for a replacement of my cell and not get repaired again, failing which i would complaint to the consumer forum, thane.
waiting for a response from Nokia Company.
