INNOVATIVE WAY TO IMPOSE CHARGES

I am sorry to say that the kind of service that Hutch used to provide is deteriorating now...

I have several grudges against for undued charges that are imposed on the customers

Last year my phone was disconnected without prior information, on charges of account verification... Account remained dormant for the duration of 3 days including the new year eve...

Thats not all the services are not provide to customers in roaming when there vodaconnection available in the area... I am talking to my last months visit to bengal...

Now again I, Rs 45. has been deducted from my account for caller tune service when I dont need such service... that too a real absurd, pathetic caller tune. And I need to send sms to deactivate it as well...

I am a user of Hutch prepaid connection for about five years now... I always recharge my cell phone by one time recharging... I think I made a mistake this time...

Try to be away from the vodaphone connection...

They have some of the most innovative ideas to snatch money like the blood sucking leeches...

I dont understand why promotional calls be send to customers when rarely anyone is interested in them...

THATS the policy TO EASY PAISA LOOTNA POLICY I guess...

I did not learn from past mistake you please learn...
