Respected sir,

My self Ravi Gupta, I have purchased N72 GSM mobile set on 31-Jan from the shop name "CELL SHOPPEE", Tin no&-quot;09951801251", after sometime mobile set started giving me many problems so I deposited the set to NOKIA CARE named as"Fonz Unlimited", Address "Rabia mansion B N Verma road opp Attalika complex Aminabad Lucknow". I deposited NOKIA N72 on 30-June at 15:25 hrs, Job Sheet No&-quot;360434038/080630/90" and they called me for the delivery of the set on 31-July and on this date they again requested us to come on 13-Aug and again they asked me to come on 18-Aug and again they called me on next day on 19-Aug on this date I arrived at NOKIA CARE around 13:00 hrs and they asked us to sit in their waiting room for half an hour and they delivered the set on same date and they started the set and after 15 minutes set was unable to boot up and they told me to wait for 15 minutes for updating the software of the set and they told me it is the problem of "FLASH IC" so it was not booting up and they also took the receiving on the same Job Sheet No&-quot;360434038/080630/90" and they didn't delivered the set and they didn't issued the fresh job sheet so that’s why we are not able to get the correct status of the set from the head office. We also called your NOKIA CARE head office at 17:26 hrs on 19-Aug and they lodged the complaint against this complaint number&-quot;2-3A00DZ"and they asked us to call up after 48 hrs and we called them on 23-Aug around 17:00 hrs and they gave us the previous Challan number&-quot;SHP39670" which was despatched on 14-Aug and this was the response of the set which was delivered to us on 19-Aug and this was the problem which we were facing regarding the updation of the set due to the carelessness of NOKIA CARE "FONZ UNLIMITED, Aminabad Lucknow".

They Kept the set for 66 days and this much warranty period was lapsed due to their carelessness and who will be held responsible for this type of inconvenience and till now they are having the set and if we will not get the response of the status of the set caused to us and in Future terms will not trust NOKIA at all.

After this I am adding on some words that i got the set replaced and this time intentionaly they gave me the new not working set and they gave me the set on 2nd september and within forthnight its display gone bad and the battery was showing not charging on next day when i reach to nokia care they took the set and told me to come on the 5th September and they will try to give me the mobile. I beg you to please change the set and give me the new one because if the new mobile had stoped working than why not in future it will stop working.
