Too much time to repai

Dear Sir/Madam

I m using N72 since Aug, Now i faced sum problem in my hand set, problem was Mobile set does not on... nd immidetly i went to ur nokia custmor care centre, Guru Kirpa Shop, Battan Lal Road, Mandi Gobindgarh, Distt fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, on last 26 days, when i go there they did not proper responce, his answar is ur set is not ready, your set is in chandigarh, when we'll go to chandigarh thn i 'll provide you, and evry his excuse is u can receive ur set next wednesdey or saturdayevery time when i visited his shop, dis is excuse

my business is also sufred, who is responsible... for loosing my business...
