Lost handset

Dear Sir,

I had lost my Nokia handset of model N72- 5 black. It was purchased in my name in November. The mobile handset no is IMEI : 356966017858079 as per the voucher received by me at the time of purchase.

The handset may fall into the hands of any wrong person and may be misused by the same. Hence I request you to block the handset and stop the further use of it.
